The self-care action plan includes a variety of self-care practices for physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. The plan includes weekly tasks such as mindful morning phone calls on Mondays, yoga and journaling on Saturdays and Sundays, and additional self-care practices for the additional days of the week. The plan also includes a self-care tracker and course guide to monitor progress and remain accountable. Additionally, the plan includes a list of self-care healing practices for each area of self-care, including exercise, sleep, journaling, therapeautic activities, mindfulness meditation, building healthy relationships, learning new skills, goal setting, and meditation and prayer. The plan is designed to help individuals prioritize self-care and improve their overall wellbeing over a 90-day period with support from a licensed therapist.
